Barnsfold Waters Trout Fishery
Situated in the shadow of Beacon Fell Country Park. There are two Lakes, Barns and Beacon, each approximately eleven acres. Both lakes offer excellent bank fishing. Boats are also available. The fishing is fly only. The Fishery is one where anglers can expect good sport using imative patterns, and buzzer fishing is especially good. Barnsfold Rainbow are hard fighting, firm fleshed and make superb eating. It is advisable to book boats in advance. Expert casting tuition is available if required. Car parking, toilets and a fishing hut are provided for anyone wanting to use them.

Has a good selection of fishing on the Ribble at Settle, Long Preston and Balderstone. also brown trout fishing on Pendle Water and carp and coarse angling also. Species include trout, carp, atlantic salmon, sea trout, brown trout, barbel, chub, dace, bream, perch, and roach.

Cleveley Mere
A beautifully peaceful 24acre lake surrounded by fields and woodland adjoining the River Wyre. The first trout were introduced in 1967 and have thrived in the lake ever since. There is a natural water in-flow to the lake, which is rich in fly and insect life, providing excellent growing conditions for rainbow and brown trout weighing up to 24lbs, which are supplemented at regular intervals. Open all year 8am till dusk. The full extent of the fishing can best be enjoyed from one of our 14 boats or from strategically positioned piers and casting platforms around the banks.

Nestled amongst the hills of the Wet Pennine Moors, on the edge of the beautiful Rivington Country Park, lies one of the North's premier fly waters.The main reservoir is a 6 acre fly only water and is stocked with hard fighting, fully finned, triploid Rainbows, Blues and Goldies up to 15lbs. A smaller 1 acre lake is any method, primarily for accompanied children and beginners to fly fishing. Tuition with Mike Roden, resident APGAI qualified, Instructor and member of the Hardy/Greys Academy.

Fylde Trout Fishery
A beautiful deep 5 acre lake with clear water. Located in the heart of rural Fylde, yet only 5 minutes from the M55 motorway.Fylde Trout Fishery was opened in 2009 and is full of hard fighting Rainbow Blue and Brown trout. The fishery is surrounded by wildlife and has been planted with native trees and hedges to blend in with the surrounding country side. The trout range from 1.5 pounds to 12 pounds in weight, with some of the fish tagged. If a tagged fish is caught you will win a prize.

Mortfield Lodges - Bream up to 7lbs+, Tench unknown but big, Roach 3lbs+, Pike untapped 17lbs+, Eels up to 3lbs, Carp up to 34lbs, Catfish unkown, Rudd up to 2lbs.

Nestled in the foothills of the Pennine Moors we have three lakes. Fly Lake (covers 1.3 acres) 21 pegs plus one disabled, stocked with Rainbow & Brown Trout. Coarse Lake (covers 1 acre) 28 pegs plus 1 disabled, stocked with Rudd, Roach, Perch, Bream, Mirror & Common Carp. Beginners Coarse Lake(covers 0.4 acres) 8 pegs plus one disabled, stocked with small Carp & Silver fish.

Pendle View Fishery

Pendle View Fishery is set in picturesque countryside near to the A59 at Barrow in the heart of the Ribble Valley between Preston and Clitheroe. Taken over by the Harnick Family in 2008 Pendle View has continued to develop and is now recognised as being the North West’s Premiere day ticket venue for Carp fishing, with Carp in excess of 43lb recorded. Our fishery consists of three lakes, a tackle shop, cafe, eating area, shower block and luxury fishing lodges.

The lakes take up about 5 acres of the site and are split into 4. All are connected and the fish have the freedom to swim in any of them. Choose your peg carefully and do not be afraid to move if fishing is a little slow on your first choice. The Fisheries were restocked in 1997 (at a cost of over £10,000) with lots of quality Carp, some of which are now well into double figures with four Mirrors close to 30lb. Many other species also inhabit the lakes including Bream, Tench, Rudd and many interesting hybrids.

Stocks Reservoir
The largest fishery in the North West of England. Situated at the head of the Hodder Valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Four and a half miles of fishable shoreline and 350 acres of open water, which is extremely well stocked with quality triploid Rainbow, Brown and Blue trout. Stocks Reservoir is now the premier water in the North of England. It has been named as the most improved fishery in the North by Trout Fisherman Magazine and in the 2003 National Angling Awards it received 2nd place as the best commercial fishery. The lodge is open from 8am until dusk with a member of the fishery team always on duty to offer their help and advice. It has a well stocked tackle shop, a café selling hot and cold snacks and separate male, female and disabled toilets.

The club controls 33 miles of canal, more than 60 miles of river fishing and in excess of 160 acres of pool and lake fishing. All of our fisheries are members-only, we do not sell day tickets. To whet your appetite, our river fisheries range from the Severn catchment to the Dee, Dove, Derwent, Trent and Ribble areas. We even have fishing on the River Wye. Our portfolio of stillwater fisheries cater for the pleasure angler and specimen hunter alike, and stretch across Lancashire, Cheshire and beyond. We have some excellent Association-owned still water fisheries, such as Grey Mist Mere, Moore Quarry, Woodshaw Reservoir and Sandiway Lakes.

Our friendly family run business comprises of 7 Fishing Lakes, a Farmhouse B&B, an award winning Campsite, Bar & Restaurant and Function room- we also cater for groups and organisations. We are situated in over 120 acres of farmland. Situated on the Duchy of Lancaster’s Wyreside Estate. A variety of way -marked paths through the Fishery connect the lakes and there are many attractive walks in the surrounding countryside. We have a mixture carp, pike and coarse fishing offering a variety of species and size which will provide a challenge to both the professional and novice angler.
