These include the specially designed Fishermen's
Annexe where all 16 rooms rooms have a balcony
and a view of the river. As might be expected
from a hotel where the angler's needs have been
carefully thought through, it includes a superb
rod room, freezer and drying facilities, bait
fridge and lots of hot water. For those on a budget
the Sportsman's Lodge while perhaps not up to
the 4 star standard of the Annexe and main Hotel
offers excellent value for money and access to
the superb facilities. |

The Estate
provides 1,500 acres of low ground and woodland
for the sportsman whilst gentler pursuits of tennis
and croquet are available in the grounds. The
championship course of Rosemount is just down
the road while St. Andrews and Carnoustie are
within easy reach, as are the hills and glens
on Angus and Perthshire. |
