The Meikleour House Beat runs for a mile and a
half both upstream and down from the house, on
both banks of the river. Although offering some
excellent fly fishing, spinning is acceptable and
indeed encouraged in high water. The beat is let
as a whole for a maximum of 4 rods with prices
ranging from £127 to £1500 per day. |

AC. Fly and fishing with worm on conventional
fly tackle. Right bank between deer fences above
and below Kinclaven Church (signposted) is excluded.
All brown trout under 10" to be returned. Bag
limit 6. One hour before sunrise to one hour after
sunset. Sunday permits from Tayside Hotel. From
16/10 to 14/10 unrestricted coarse fishing as
to method subject to same conditions for trout
for times and exclusion area. Left bank 7 rods.
