| A newly erected
luxury pine chalet built on an elevated site
in the peaceful village of Dull, situated on
a working farm approximately three miles west
of the highland town of Aberfeldy right in the
centre of Scotland.
The Chalet is furnished to a
high standard with the double bedroom (king-size
bed) having en-suite facilities and the twin-bedded
room has a shower room. The kitchen is fully
equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave etc.,
with an automatic washing machine located in
the utility room. The lounge/dining area and
the double bedroom have french doors which lead
onto the balcony for you to enjoy the morning
sun. Colour television and video in lounge.
The Chalet is double glazed and very cosy with
electric panel heaters in all rooms as well
as a electric stove in the lounge.
The Chalet is south facing,
catching the sun most of the day and this can
be enjoyed sitting out on the balcony enjoying
a quiet drink and admiring the magnificent views
over the Tay Valley and the hills beyond. |

There are many walks to enjoy
as well as most sports including fishing on
the River Tay, tennis bowling and golf - there
are three courses within three miles of Dull,
two 18-hole and one 9-hole course. You can also
participate in water sports on Loch Tay.
In Aberfeldy itself there is
a Recreation Centre which has a swimming pool,
squash courts, gymnasium, sauna and jacuzzi.
If you enjoy touring there are
lots of interesting and historic places to visit
in this valley and this being the heart of Scotland
we are not far from the east and west coasts
and within 100 miles of all the major cities.

| Duvets, bedlinen
and towels are included in the price. Heating
is by electricity and charged by meter reading
at the end of your stay (first £5 free).
A cot and high chair are available if required
and baby sitting can be arranged. One pet welcome
provided they are kept under strict control
and not allowed to wander. |
