Ballathie House Hotel Fishing Annexe

The Annexe was specially designed with sporting guests and salmon fishing in mind. All 16 rooms rooms have a balcony and a view of the river. As might be expected from a hotel where the angler's needs have been carefully thought through, it includes a superb rod room, freezer and drying facilities, bait fridge and lots of hot water.

Rooms are of a very high standard, with all modern facilities. To save you keeping bait in the mini bar a fridge is provided in the rod room! The designer was asked to ensure that there is always plenty of hot water on tap to enable you to always freshen up at the end of days fishing.

For parties some rooms include a splendid sitting room where you can relax together in private luxury to deliberate on the day's catches and plan the next morning's sport. The whole atmosphere with plenty of fishing prints, paintings and original works is designed to make you fishing experience most enjoyable.
