A 25% deposit required on booking.

The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to fishing.

If the balance of the rent is not received within the time limit specified above, the estate reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect and in the event of so doing will be entitled to retain the first instalment of the rent paid. In addition, the estate will be entitled to hold you responsible for payment of the balance of the rent unless the period of the fishing is re-let to a third party.

The beat is good fly water (subject to water conditions). Prawn and Shrimp are illegal during September and October.

In the event of one or more rods being unable to fish, the estate shall not ne liable to provide a refund on any part of the rent.

While the estate will do it's best to ensure guest's safety and comfort the estate can accept no liability for loss or damage, whether to persons or property, arising out of fishing. Guests are particularly reminded that the Fishing Huts are not secure against theft.

The rent prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 17.5% and this is subject to changes in the current rate.
